Who we are

Sweep Cleaning Solutions provides deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning across Bristol. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect and why

• Quote requests. When you use the quote form, the details you enter (name, phone, email, postcode, property details, preferred date and time, and any notes) are composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you then send to us. We use these details to reply with a fixed quote and, if you book, to carry out the clean.
• Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails. If you contact us directly we keep the correspondence so we can manage your booking and any follow-up, including our re-clean guarantee.
• Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, buttons clicked). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

The legal bases we rely on

Taking steps to enter into a contract with you (responding to quotes and delivering cleans), our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and your consent for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share information with

• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there. Their own privacy policy applies to messages you send.
• Google, for analytics (only if you consent) and for our business email.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Quote and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing info@sweepcleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
