This is the room-by-room standard inventory clerks check at check-out, and the exact task list our cleaners work through and sign off on every Sweep move-out clean. Use it to DIY, or hand the whole job to us at a fixed price by bedroom count (one bathroom included, £30 per extra), the full oven clean free, and a free 72 hour re-clean if your agent flags anything.

Kitchen

• Full oven clean, racks and glass door included
• Inside every cupboard and drawer, emptied storage wiped clean
• Worktops, splashbacks and tiles scrubbed and sanitised
• Fridge and freezer cleaned inside and out, switched off and doors left open
• Dishwasher and washing machine cleaned, seals and filters included
• Sink and taps descaled and polished
• Bins washed, floor scrubbed and mopped

Bathrooms

• Toilet, bath and shower cleaned and disinfected
• Limescale removed from tiles, screens, taps and shower heads
• Grout scrubbed back to colour
• Mirrors, glass and chrome polished
• Extractor vents dusted
• Floor scrubbed and mopped, behind the toilet included

Bedrooms

• Inside wardrobes, drawers and storage wiped clean
• All surfaces and skirting boards dusted and wiped
• Under beds hoovered where accessible
• Doors, frames, handles and switches wiped
• Carpets hoovered edge to edge

Living areas and hallways

• Every surface, shelf and fitting dusted and wiped
• Skirting boards, doors and frames washed down
• Internal windows, frames and sills cleaned
• Cobwebs removed, radiators and vents dusted
• Floors hoovered and mopped

Before the cleaners arrive: your five jobs

• Remove all belongings, the clean covers the property, not packing
• Defrost the freezer 24 hours ahead
• Arrange key access and parking if needed
• Take meter readings and photos for your own records
• Tell your agent the clean is booked, it helps at check-out
